Motivation is an internal state of arousal that impulses behaviour. It is easy to stimulate our own motivation – in a few simple steps!

How can I influence my motivation and behavior?

Our mood is the sum of our point of view, plus our expectations of the future. It is a result of a pattern we have developed in ourselves over the years. We need to break that pattern in our mind, and there are several techniques for this. We replace the old pattern with a new one and create the right mood to achieve.
