Learn to handle disputes, difficult people, and high-pressure conversations with clarity and control.
Conflict Management
Most people try to avoid conflict. But conflict can result in innovation and new, improved understandings, if we know how to manage it. Rather than reacting on an emotional level, you can learn and practice the techniques to manage disputes and disagreements pro-actively and positively at work, at home, and in society.
In addition to various acute conflict settings, we will also learn how to cope with chronically difficult people. There are 7 main types, each with its own solution.
On video you will see yourself as others see you, followed by instant peer/trainer feedback. In the next video your improvement will be already visible, demonstrating your own success and adaptability.
By increasing your sensitivity to others' behaviors, projecting yourself properly in crucial situations and exercising self control, you will be able to respond constructively in difficult discussions. The result is better relationships and, ultimately, increased success..

Methods
As an 'intruder' it's my job to be as non-invasive as possible. My unbiased tactics may unnerve you but my position is secondary, occasionally commenting or asking a question to clarify. I can't help but be funny, not particularly intimidating, and I tend to make people feel comfortable. I identify the crux of the matter and facilitate a productive discussion. Meetings are usually shorter than expected, with outcomes both sides can live with.
